We’ll send you a pack which will need a little more information from you. Once we get this back from you and we’re sure we’ve got all the information we need, Writefully Yours will then contact your lender/bank on your behalf to start the claim.

We’ll then wait for a response from your lender/bank.
After receiving your complaint, the lender/bank has 8 weeks to respond to your claim. If we don’t hear back, or if it decides your claim isn’t valid despite evidence suggesting it is, we’ll escalate it to the relevant authorities for you.

Once your claim has been upheld, you’ll either be paid directly by the lender/bank and we’ll invoice you for our fees, or we’ll receive the money and deduct our fees before sending you your money.
If you’re in debt with the lender/bank, your claim money may be put towards this – ask for more details when you call.
