No win, no fee*
We offer a ‘no win, no fee’ service*. This means that if we don’t win your claim, you don’t pay us anything. There are no upfront fees or any hidden costs – if you win, we’ll charge a fee for our services. If you don’t win, you don’t need to pay. The only exception is if you decide to withdraw a claim while we’re still working on it for you. If your claim is still active but you decide you no longer wish to pursue it, we may charge you for our services to that point.
Our fees are 30% plus VAT for PPI, and 25% plus VAT for a Packaged Bank Account. Again, these will only be charged upon a successful claim.
